Project Overview
The research and subsequent service design solution is aimed at helping UK citizens in their pension planning to have a stress-free retirement ahead. The desk research and in-depth interviews for insights into how people make decisions and fund their retirement for the desired quality of life. The proposed design solution aims at bridging this gap in knowledge and making it easier for people to plan for their retirement lifestyle by making the information more tailored, accessible, visual and easy to understand. The app will act as a personalised digital financial advisor to help users think ahead and motivate them to take steps in the correct direction to have the desired lifestyle post-retirement.
